Juan is a strategic HR executive with progressive talent experience in global multinational organizations. Bilingual in Spanish and English with cross-cultural knowledge and expertise. Juan has lived in different countries around the world and led global strategies for end to end talent processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding and diversity. He specializes in leading change, driving culture through branding, identifying talent, and developing strategies for workplace diversity.


Most recently Juan drove talent acquisition for Delaware North, one of the largest privately held hospitality companies in the world with more than $3 billion in annual revenues and 60,000 employees around the globe. Prior to that, Juan served as a global talent acquisition executive with SunEdison, which was the world's largest renewable energy company at the time. He also served as talent acquisition leader for SunPower Corporation. Earlier in his career, Juan was a consultant for Page Group, global leader in specialized recruitment of middle-top management.


Juan is an Industrial Engineer by the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain and earned his Master’s degree in Knowledge Management for the Enterprise Development from Cranfield University in the United Kingdom.


Juan currently resides in Buffalo, New York with his family.

Managing Partner

Chris is a seasoned HR and Talent executive who is passionate about enhancing the performance of companies and the lives of employees through the creation of stronger and more effective executive leaders and teams. He specializes in talent assessment, succession planning, critical role analysis, and leader development.
Most recently, Chris drove talent management, talent acquisition and learning and development globally for Equifax. Prior to that, he served as CHRO of Answers Corporation and its three portfolio technology companies (ForeSee, Webcollage and Multiply). He also served as a senior HR executive and talent management leader for SunEdison, which was the world's largest renewable energy company at the time. Earlier in his career, Chris was a consultant for CMA (management consulting firm) and a professor at the University of Missouri-Columbia, while also consulting for its Center for the Study of Organizational Change.


Chris currently resides in the northern suburbs of Atlanta with his family.

Principal-Executive Recruiter

Lauren has almost 20 years of recruiting experience with expertise in many industries, most notably, healthcare, hospitality and renewable energy.  She started out her recruiting career at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY taking on roles with increasing responsibility managing the talent acquisition function for the corporate office and allied health.  After 7 years she moved to the Miami area and joined Royal Caribbean where she oversaw the corporate recruiting function.  Lauren then joined a boutique recruiting firm, Ingenia Talent, where she focused on quality sourcing and selection in several industries, adding value through the execution of a thorough process, leveraging powerful, agile tools to deliver what matters most: sustainable performance.  With the boutique recruiting experience under her belt, she then decided to go out on her own, as well as partner with Executive Search firms for sourcing and selection.


Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Lehigh University and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.


Lauren currently resides in the Miami area with her family.
